History & Physical
A 13 month old black male had a cough for 1 week, which was treated by his Pediatrician with cough syrup. Four days prior to admission, he developed a fever and was admitted to a hospital with a diagnosis of pneumonia. Decubitus radiographs were obtained and the patient was sent to our hospital. On presentation he had intermittent low pitched expiratory stridor, with intermittent hoarseness. |
