History & Physical
A 13 month old white male had a "barky" cough and stridor for 4 days. He had been admitted to the hospital the previous day and Pediatric Otolaryngology was consulted because he did not improve despite receiving steroids overnight. On examination, the patient was in mild respiratory distress with low-pitched inspiratory stridor, aphonia, and a "barky" cough when irritated. |
